Formality

Every participant has to sign the statement of understanding that he is informed about conditions, responsibility and liability.
Participant has to ID himself with official identification document. For minors his parents or other legally responsible person has to sign statements.
Participants who registered by mail or Email has to present proof of fee payment.
Participation on drivers meeting at 08:30 is mandatory
Motorcycles has to be technically appropriate and inspected

Responsibility

Practice and circuit usage thru all day, as well as movement on complete territory of event, is completely on self responsibility, for participant as well as guests and spectators!
Every participant has to follow all and any instruction of organizer, track personal on whole territory of event, especially on track and in paddock!
Every participant is fully responsible for all and any damage ho or his vehicle (motorcycle, car, ..) should cause on the track or in the paddock.
Organizer takes no responsibility or liability. Each participant with signing of the statement confirms, that he agrees with conditions and understand, that organizer has no responsibility and liability on whole event territory in any case – either for damage of goods as well as injuries of persons on the track as well as any other territory where event is taking place.

Practice is taking place with motorcycle owned by participants which has to be technically properly maintained and inspected:
- working breaking system and tyres
- exhaust system has to be in compliance with limitation required by track owner and local rules
Organizers have right and duty to disqualify and removes technically non compliant vehicles.
In case of technical or personal problem on the track participant has to retire in the boxes immediately
Non compliance with flag signals, organizer instruction or track stuff will be sanctioned with immediate disqualification and removal from event without possibility of refund or any other claims toward organizer.

In time of the event rules for maximum safety are in place:

On track no alcohol or other substances is allowed. Any participant under influence will be disqualified.
Riders has to ware complete motorcycle gear:
- helmet
- dedicated motorcycle clothes
- back protector is recommended
- textil motorcycle gear can be used only on guided practice. For more information pleas contact organizer.
